Jackie Lewis

Jackie established JL-TC in 2008, seeking to offer consultancy and training services with a wide ranging client base including a high number of blue chip companies. Prior to this Jackie was Director of Training and Consultancy reporting to the Managing Director of a private organisation for 15 years.
Jackie’s particular areas of expertise lay in the delivery of strategic leadership training, business consultancy, organisational development, HR and executive mentoring/coaching. Jackie’s consultancy and advice has been provided to a large range of organisations such as universities, private business (SMEs and larger organisations) including blue chip businesses, public and third sector organisations. Jackie has completed a wide range of qualifications throughout her career, as well as her CIPD Level 7 qualification with the University of Glamorgan in 2004.
Jackie’s work also includes the Investors in People Award for which she is a practitioner. This work allows Jackie to support business growth and development; she is able to provide advice and guidance which is specific to the needs of each individual client and develop tailor-made support.
